Job summary

Yulista Contract Services LLC Regular Primary Function The Aviation Quality Assurance Technical Inspector (UH-60) is responsible for providing full on-site maintenance flight/functional Check Flight Operations to support the US Army Flight Test Directorate (AFTD at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The support will be conducted in accordance with current Army directives, including AR 95-1 and AR 95-20.

Areas for support include fault isolation and troubleshooting, and management of internal contractor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' Army Aviation maintenance experience.
• Must have completed a military aircraft repairer school (UH-60L/K/M/V).
• Minimum of 3 years Army Aviation maintenance quality control experience (BNOCC or equivalent).
• Two years of experience related to developmental flight testing is preferred.
• FAA A&P license is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements quality control and safety plans to ensure contract spec compliance.
• Inspects all phases of goods/services for conformity to standards and regulations.
• Ensures all services in the performance requirement summary are performed satisfactorily.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
• Communicates deficiencies to proper personnel and follows up for corrections.
• Uses Microsoft Office and can learn additional software as needed.
• Accurately inputs data into databases and reads/ interprets manuals.
• Communicates with management and staff at all levels; maintains records.
• Maintains accurate quality control files; may perform related duties as needed.
