Job summary

Yulista Contract Services LLC is seeking an AH-64 Quality Control Technical Inspector to provide on-site maintenance flight and functional checks at Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will oversee fault isolation, troubleshooting, and record-keeping to ensure all aircraft and components meet established specifications under Yulista QMS.

The role requires extensive Army aviation maintenance experience, familiarity with TAMMS-A, and the ability to read maintenance instructions and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, production management, aviation maintenance, professional aeronautics with technical specializations or aviation quality preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Army rotary wing and commercial aviation maintenance practices and regulations.
• Verifiable experience applying aircraft maintenance techniques and quality control functions to include automated TAMMS-A.
• Minimum of 10 years' Army Aviation maintenance experience.
• FAA A&P License required and security clearance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Implements quality control and safety plans to ensure contract compliance.
• Inspects all phases of goods and services for conformance to standards.
• Ensures all services on the performance requirement summary are performed satisfactorily.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled inspections and documents results clearly.
• Maintains accurate quality control files and communicates deficiencies for corrective actions.
