Job summary

PMA Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently lead assigned workstreams for complex terminal and airport capital projects at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

You will manage scope, design, construction, budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholder decisions while serving as the owner-side interface with airport representatives, designers, contractors, and adjacent project teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience on complex aviation or terminal projects.
• Demonstrated owner-representative experience in active airport environments.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and interfaces independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from planning through turnover and closeout.
• Maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and key decision dates.
• Coordinate design and stakeholder interfaces among airport reps, designers, and contractors.
• Prepare concise project reporting on status, risks, and actions for leadership.
• Oversee operational readiness and transition activities, punch-list, and closeout.
