Job summary

Garver’s Aviation Design Center in Denver, CO is seeking an entry‑level Aviation Project Engineer to join a multi‑discipline team of professionals. The candidate will participate in approximately 12 months of onsite training at our Aviation Design Center in Fayetteville, AR before a permanent assignment in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities include creating drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
• FE exam passed or can be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical deliverables including construction plans, specifications, design reports, permit documents, and cost estimates.
• Attend and document client kick-off and progress review meetings.
• Coordinate with clients on project requirements and status updates.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to understand local permitting requirements and submit permit documents for review and approval.
• Perform onsite construction observation and inspection.
