Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary interface between business, technology, and operations. You will own all programmatic aspects, including airports, cost, schedule, and technical planning, while aligning with enterprise standards.

The role requires managing complex IT projects, guiding teams, and communicating progress to executives. A Denver-based hybrid work schedule is available for eligible headquarters roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead program/project teams to develop and gain approval of project plans and budgets.
• Manage airports, cost, schedule, and technical planning across programs.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; manage RAID items.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and executives; report on status and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and PMO tools across initiatives.
