Responsibilities

• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; mentor team to achieve objectives.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, retention and performance reviews for project staff.
• Support business development with client relationships and pursuit efforts for mega projects.
