Akima Logistics Services (ALS) seeks a C-21 Program Manager to lead a ~ $30M annual aviation maintenance and operations program across CONUS and OCONUS locations. You will ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and customer expectations while guiding multi-site teams and maintaining readiness.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, oversee depot-level maintenance, and coordinate with government customers. Travel to sites is required; a SECRET clearance and U.S.

Formación

• 10+ years operations management in aviation or DoD environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
• Experience interfacing with government customers (USAF/DoD) and base-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide program leadership for multi-site aviation operations and ensure contractual compliance.
• Oversee ~$30M annual contract financials including budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and reporting.
• Lead contract modifications, RFPs, technical proposals, and pricing actions.
• Oversee aircraft maintenance, logistics, and readiness across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
• Promote safety and quality per USAF and company standards; manage audits and corrective actions.
• Develop and coach site managers and staff; drive performance and accountability.
• Communicate program status, risks, and improvements to leadership; support customer forums.
• Plan and coordinate depot maintenance events, inspections, and aircraft modifications.
