Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Industrial Engineer for Production (Legacy BU) to coordinate departments, mitigate risks, and ensure aircraft or component schedules and quality align with Dassault standards.

The role emphasizes daily technical action plans, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize production and material flow on the shop floor and in the assembly line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2 years of experience = 1 year of education.
• Three (3) years of experience in aircraft completions, maintenance and/or components manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production management practices related to the production process.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate technical information from manuals and drawings.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot with detailed action plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Project, Access, SharePoint).
• Ability to work throughout the facility including stairs and aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk from new tasks or reworks and define action plans.
• Coordinate and manage daily technical action plans with assembly managers.
• Monitor critical issues and implement improvements to keep the line moving.
• Coordinate materials, parts, documentation and data delivery to aircraft or shop on time.
• Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective action plans.
• Manage aircraft transfers, projects and new processes.
• Utilize support teams to maintain production processes and improve schedule.
• Serve as SME for special projects when selected.
• Other duties as assigned.
