Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Arkansas is seeking a production/assembly coordination engineer to align departments, monitor progress, and keep the aircraft program on schedule while safeguarding quality and safety.

You will analyze risks, develop action plans, work with managers, and drive continuous improvements across materials, documentation, and planning to minimize cost and maximize on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Engineering, Business or related field; substituted by relevant work exp.
• Knowledge of production process management and engineering practices.
• Ability to research, analyze and improve production processes.
• Ability to read and communicate technical aircraft information.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Troubleshooting by detailed action plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating risks from new tasks and reworks with action plans.
• Participate in daily technical action plans and assign tasks to teams.
• Monitor critical issues and report to management with recommendations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation.
• Identify cost, schedule, quality improvements and propose action plans.
• Support transfers, projects and new processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective actions.
• Utilize support teams to maintain production pace and schedule.
