Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking a Production Support Assistant to join the Cedar Hill, TX team. The role supports daily production-control activities, prepares and distributes reports, and maintains accurate work-order records and documentation.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Aviation or manufacturing experience is preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aviation, manufacturing, production, or administrative environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Aircraft repair process understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Control Coordinator with daily production-control activities and administrative functions.
• Review, prepare, update, and distribute daily production reports, status reports, ship lists, and tracking tools.
• Maintain accurate work order status, location, priority, and completion dates in systems and spreadsheets.
• Ensure production records are accurate and confidential.
