Responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating purchases at best price, quality, and delivery.
• Source and engage primary and secondary vendors for products.
• Enter and manage purchase orders in Corridor system.
• Monitor orders for delivery schedules and price changes; inform stakeholders.
• Coordinate shipping modes for timely deliveries of parts.
• Maintain accuracy of open PO data (part numbers, pricing, dates).
• Analyze material requirements and optimize quantities and prices.
• Communicate with user groups on usage changes or phase-outs.
