Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a Manager of Predictive Maintenance & Analytics to establish and advance the carrier’s predictive maintenance strategy across the Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737 family fleets. You will lead the development of predictive use cases, validate models, and deploy insights using aircraft sensor data and maintenance history.

The role requires seven or more years of airline experience with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a track record in translating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Seven+ years of experience in airline maintenance, engineering, predictive maintenance, or aviation analytics with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive maintenance and aircraft health monitoring strategy for A320 and 737 fleets.
• Direct analytics personnel for models, data integration, and alert validation.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, performance standards, and business cases for predictive analytics.
• Ensure predictive insights are integrated into Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Planning, Supply Chain, and Line Maintenance workflows.
• Communicate risk insights and recommended actions to Technical Operations leadership.
