Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Predictive Analytics Developer to lead automation and reporting within Predictive Analytics. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with data science, aircraft engineering and maintenance teams to improve fleet reliability and safety using the Skywise platform.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or CS, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong skills in Python, SQL and statistical analysis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience with statistical tools and modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data mining concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with OEM for automated reliability data reporting.
• Analyze pilot reports, delays, cancellations and component performance data.
• Document data entry points across departments to create electronic forms in Aircraft Health Monitoring apps.
• Perform root cause analysis on data to improve safety, reliability and economic impact.
• Apply data mining to aircraft data to identify trends and failure patterns.
