Qualifications

• Airframe and powerplant knowledge with proven hands-on skills.
• FAA A&P certification strongly valued; training provided if not current.
• Minimum 5 years of practical field experience; teaching experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in electrical components and powerplant systems.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations and diagnose, maintain, and repair engines.
• Develop and update courses to align with industry trends.
• Mentor students on projects and promote safety.
