Job summary

W3Global client, a FAA-certified jet accessory repair station, seeks an experienced Pneumatic Component Technician to join its aviation MRO team near the Fort Lauderdale area. You will repair, overhaul, test, and troubleshoot pneumatic aircraft components such as valves, starters, ACMs, and PDUs, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years hands-on experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with pneumatic valves, starters, ACMs, or PDUs.
• Strong aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• FAA A&P License or Repairman Certificate preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair, overhaul, inspect, and troubleshoot pneumatic aircraft components.
• Work on pneumatic valves, aircraft starters, ACMs, and PDUs.
• Diagnose component issues and perform repairs per procedures.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance checks and component inspections.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, safety, quality, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.
• Identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with technicians to meet production and quality goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
