Qualifications

• 12+ years in program management or PMO leadership for major capital programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in aviation, transportation, or large infrastructure delivery.
• Strong governance, program controls, reporting, and risk/change management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the PMO framework, governance model, and operating structure for major aviation and infrastructure programs.
• Oversee integrated program controls including cost, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Direct the program’s risk management framework, including identification, quantification, mitigation, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary PMO representative to client executives, governance boards, and delivery partners.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary PMO team across controls, reporting, governance, and analytics.
