Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Tucson, AZ seeks a Planner Aircraft Services to organize and optimize aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate work packages and data entry for project workflows.

The role requires 2 years in aircraft maintenance, strong planning skills, and familiarity with SAP/Maximo; effective communication with internal teams and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance environment.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and project tools.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate workloads across multiple projects.
• Capable of independent work and making sound decisions under risk.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to General Work Requirements and industry standards.
• Research and administer special programs (warranty, Smart Parts, open delivery items).
• Coordinate with customers to clarify requirements and meet expectations.
• Create project work packages including materials, tooling and manpower.
• Attend customer debriefs and pre-inducts for aircraft arrivals as required.
• Input data into systems and maintain technical information (airframe, engine, avionics, paint/interior).
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Material Support, Labs, Vendors and Line Service to gather work package data for invoicing.
