Job summary

TES is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to be the first contact for field service requests, analyze demand, and confirm schedule availability across engine and APU platforms using Corridor ERP and MSP/OnPoint-like programs.

You will lead daily planning, coordinate scheduling changes, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure accurate quotes and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Established knowledge of the CORRIDOR ERP system with quoting and scheduling proficiency.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in aviation maintenance planning/scheduling or similar industry.
• Prior scheduling/coordinator experience is preferred due to cross-functional visibility.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for field service requests via phone, email, and submissions.
• Analyze job requirements to determine scope and urgency; confirm schedule availability.
• Build work order quotes in Corridor ERP across engine and APU platforms with MCC input.
• Apply MSP/OnPoint-like programs to quotes and manage quote turnaround and KPI impact.
• Lead daily planning and scheduling meetings; ensure MCC managers have required data.
• Coordinate with MCC managers when jobs or scopes change to ensure coverage.
• Communicate timing changes proactively to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Shipping.
• Capture and relay customer feedback after job completion; monitor KPI ownership.
