Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehousing/logistics with aviation MRO experience preferred.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve inventory accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing aviation parts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of line store, ensuring parts availability aligns with maintenance planning and aircraft release schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using approved CMMS/ERP with real-time stock movement and traceability.
• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, issue, and return of aviation parts and consumables in compliance with regulatory procedures.
• Ensure proper preservation, shelf-life management and handling of hazardous/serialized components.
• Lead cycle counting programs and conduct periodic physical stock takes to maintain accuracy targets.
• Identify and manage slow-moving, obsolete, and surplus stock; initiate disposal or return-to-vendor actions.
• Monitor and report on inventory KPIs including fill rate, stock accuracy, and turnover.
• Maintain full documentation and traceability for all parts; manage quarantine processes; ensure proper disposition.
