Job summary

Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Material Specialist in Phoenix to manage parts, supplies, and tooling in hangar and warehouse settings. You will receive, store, and ship parts, load equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records while supporting maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly service and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Receives, ships, checks, classifies, issues, inventories and stores supplies and materials
• Delivers parts and materials to maintenance departments
• Assembles stocking bins and shelves and drives motor vehicles as needed
• Picks up and delivers parts, equipment, and tools
• Duties vary by station size and organization
• Complies with attendance and safety standards
