Job summary

STS Line Maintenance is seeking an Aviation Parts Runner in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on moving aircraft parts, materials, tools, and components between the warehouse, maintenance technicians, and aircraft to support line maintenance operations.

The position requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who prioritize safety, documentation, and timely handling of parts, with opportunities to support AOG requirements and logistics processes as directed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and paperwork.
• Good communication with maintenance, warehouse staff, and management.
• Ability to follow procedures, documentation requirements, and safety standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Transport aircraft parts and materials from warehouse to technicians or aircraft.
• Retrieve and return parts to the warehouse, ensuring proper processing.
• Verify required documentation, tags, and certifications before delivery.
• Ensure unserviceable parts are accompanied by maintenance records.
• Coordinate and deliver AOG parts to outbound aircraft; verify loading.
• Move inbound AOG parts to warehouse or to the appropriate technician or aircraft.
• Maintain security and traceability of parts during transport.
• Secure parts in the vehicle to prevent damage or loss.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with policies and laws.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, maintained, and report deficiencies.
• Support warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations as directed.
• Remain compliant with safety, security, QA, and environmental requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
