Job summary

STS Line Maintenance in Philadelphia, PA seeks an Aviation Parts Runner to move aircraft parts and materials between the warehouse and aircraft. You will verify documentation, support AOG movements, and ensure proper handling and traceability.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliability. You will work with maintenance teams and warehouse staff to maintain efficient aircraft operations and comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and be able to operate company vehicles safely.
• Previous experience in parts running, materials handling, warehouse support, logistics, or aviation-related roles preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Transport aircraft parts, materials, tools, and related items between the warehouse, technicians, and aircraft.
• Retrieve serviceable and unserviceable parts and return them to the warehouse for processing and inventory control.
• Verify documentation, tags, and paperwork are complete and properly attached to parts before delivery.
• Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) parts movement and coordinate loading with ground handling personnel.
• Maintain security, traceability, and accountability of all parts during transportation and handling.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with policies and regulations.
