Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or Bronze level WorkKeys certification required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge, if required.
• Basic understanding of measurements, tools, and shop practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, strip, sand, clean, mask, prime, and spray-paint aircraft surfaces.
• Perform detailed rework and blends on completed aircraft.
• Match and apply specialized paint finishes.
• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain spray guns and related equipment.
• Monitor inventory and order materials for paint operations.
