Job summary

The position offers a full-time contract for 12 months with potential for extension and direct-hire after 90 days, plus benefits and a 401(k) plan. Experience in aviation painting and FAA/DOT considerations are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years painting experience preferred; aviation painting experience ideal.
• Aircraft industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mask, sand, and prepare aircraft for paint application.
• Apply glazing and sealing compounds before final painting.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and mix paints.
• Coordinate with supervision and FAA paperwork for sign-offs.
