Envoy Air in Irving, Texas is offering a paid 11-week summer internship for undergraduate and graduate students in Business, Aviation Management, or related fields. The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to data and engagement initiatives across maintenance and operations teams.

You will learn to collect, analyze, and report on safety, engagement, and performance metrics, while collaborating with Maintenance Planning, Technical Services, and line/base maintenance teams.

Formación

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Junior, Senior, or Graduate student; GPA 3.0 minimum.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Attend monthly C2E ambassador meetings and capture feedback themes.
• Review existing C2E materials and identify opportunities to make them more engaging and practical.
• Collect and organize data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Extract maintenance performance data and create Excel tracking sheets.
• Draft and refine manager engagement resources such as huddle guides and templates.
• Build and maintain a simple dashboard to monitor engagement activities and metrics.
