Job summary

Unilode is seeking a skilled Aviation Technician to perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and inspections on aviation components in accordance with OEM publications and Unilode standards.

You will ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting station operations and production targets. The role emphasizes attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork across MRO facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
• Knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations and quality systems.
• Ability to read technical publications, drawings, and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in accordance with OEM publications and MOE.
• Identify and complete additional maintenance as needed.
• Maintain compliance with procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and report discrepancies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to safety standards.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Follow work orders and technical documentation with accuracy.
• Support quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Assist in ancillary tasks including cleaning and maintaining containers or pallets.
• Perform administrative duties related to repair tracking and documentation.
