You will follow established procedures, read drawings, and operate power tools to build molds and components, ensuring alignment with FAA regulations and company standards. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work overtime when needed. Regular attendance and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Entry level – one year relevant experience.
• Proficiency with basic office software is expected.
• Ability to read design specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products with fasteners, adhesives, sealants using standard tools and equipment.
• Perform mold/tool build including secondary bonding, potting inserts, curing, and laminating.
• Follow instructions and documentation such as travelers, build manuals, and quality procedures.
• Laminate and vacuum bag customer product in compliance with data and quality requirements.
• Cure parts in ovens, autoclaves, and presses.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Construct components and troubleshoot as needed; participate in cross-functional problem solving.
• Overtime is a requirement for this production position.
