Job summary

Epic Flight Support in Bend, Oregon, invites entry-level applicants to join our Flight Support team. You will assist mechanics, keep the shop organized, and help with cleaning and basic maintenance under supervision. No prior A&P required—new graduates are welcome to apply.

This position offers on‑the‑job training, a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., paid time off, holidays, and full health, vision, and dental benefits for you.

Qualifications

• A&P maintenance experience preferred.
• New A&P graduates encouraged to apply.
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills; interact with customers and Epic team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Lift requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead mechanics with routine maintenance tasks.
• Support shop floor upkeep, organization, and cleaning.
• Clean and polish interior/exterior aircraft surfaces.
• Assist troubleshooting and repairs under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area daily.
• Follow safety/regulatory procedures (HAZMAT, FOD, OSHA).
• Interact with customers during operations.
• Support other areas as needed.
