Southwest Airlines is seeking a Material Specialist in the Technical Operations department. The role is based in the hangar and warehouse, managing parts, tools and inventory to keep aircraft ready for flight.

Pay is $20.16 per hour with potential future increases under the collective bargaining agreement and opportunities for overtime. Benefits include free flights for employee and eligible dependents, retirement plan contributions up to 9.3%, potential profit-sharing, and health insurance from

Competenze

Be able to read documents, follow instructions, and understand procedures.
Work in a fast-paced environment with aircraft noise.
Able to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends.
Able to complete training and evaluation period.
Must communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Must be aware of hazardous situations and handle emergencies as needed.
Physical ability requirements as listed in the description.
