Job summary

You will manage shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory, and disposal while performing various warehouse duties as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring ISO 9001 and ASA-100 compliance, coordinating carrier shipments, and maintaining accurate part data and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Role may involve high risk or hazardous operations and/or shifts beyond a standard week; must be 18+.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with ISO 9001 and ASA-100 for incoming/outgoing parts and materials.
• Coordinate transportation with carriers to execute shipments.
• Provide SME support on logistics, shipping, exporting, and importing processes.
• Utilize discount/contracted carriers for economical transportation.
• Generate and record waybill information for domestic and international shipments.
• Perform receiving of inbound materials and attach required documentation.
• Store parts to prevent damage and contamination; ensure paperwork matches part data.
