Job summary

American Airlines seeks a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to maintain stock accuracy, perform receiving and shipping, operate forklifts, and use handheld scanners in a fast-paced environment at PIT. You will follow safety guidelines, inspect inventory, and collaborate with the team to meet on-time parts delivery.

Responsibilities include counting stock, replenishing shelves, pulling parts, and logging transactions in inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• 12+ months in warehouse or similar supply function.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory within specifications and in serviceable condition.
• Count physical inventory and check stock levels.
• Stock and retrieve items; load/unload as needed.
• Use handhelds to confirm receipt of materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
