Job summary

Quantem Aviation Services is seeking a Material Handler to support air transportation operations at the airport. You will expeditie and route mail, packages and freight, coordinating movement on the ramp and throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out English instructions.
• Must be able to verbally direct in English.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload postal bulk mail carts and containers.
• Build up and break down of freight as applicable.
• Driving on the ramp.
• Properly and safely loads and unloads mail.
• Including build up and break down of containers following guidelines.
• Verifies upon receipt delivery from/to customer shipment pieces, weight, dimensions and airworthiness.
