RealSimGear is a San Diego-based designer and manufacturer of advanced flight simulation components and systems. We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will own how we present ourselves to the world: campaigns, website, product imagery and industry presence.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and work with a small team to market high-tech aviation products that evolve continually. You’ll bring aviation knowledge and drive; the rest we will teach.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aviation and talking to pilots, flight schools, and aviation businesses.
• Hands-on marketing across email, social media, paid ads, and the website.
• Clear, accurate writing for a knowledgeable aviation audience.
• Confident representation at trade shows or client calls.

Aufgaben

• Own the marketing function and deliver qualified leads to the sales team.
• Plan and run campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising and the website.
• Manage paid advertising budgets and report on performance.
• Write and produce content for an aviation audience, including product pages and customer stories.
• Produce product and lifestyle imagery for the website and campaigns.
• Manage presence at trade shows and industry events, including logistics and follow-up.
• Keep the website current as products and pricing change.
• Build relationships with flight schools, training organizations, aircraft owners and pilots.
