Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Lead Maintenance Training Instructor to provide oversight, leadership, and guidance within the Maintenance Training department. You will develop training material to ensure regulatory compliance and support day-to-day operations, including signatory authority in the manager's absence.

You will collaborate with Maintenance Training staff, coordinate LMS related activities, and ensure instructors are trained to certify technicians, while aligning with Frontier’s

Qualifications

• 5 years of aviation line or hangar maintenance experience.
• FAA A&P license.
• 4 years’ experience in classroom instruction and/or adult learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance training oversight and instruction for instructors and material development.
• Develop training material to ensure regulatory compliance.
