Ontic is hiring an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT/Electromechanical) Level III for our Miramar, FL site. This onsite role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on maintenance, repair and overhaul of mechanical and electromechanical aircraft components.

You will work in a shop environment, follow approved data, meet KPIs, and mentor peers while supporting continuous improvement and RSQM/QMS compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain FAA repairman certification.
• Experience as an electromechanical technician in testing, maintenance, repair and overhaul of mechanical/electromechanical components.
• Experience at FAA Part 145 repair station preferred.
• FAA A&P license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, repair and overhaul mechanical and electromechanical aircraft accessories and LRU equipment in a shop environment.
• Perform and complete assignments as required.
• Work in accordance with approved technical data and internal/external requirements.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics & KPIs.
• Train, coach and mentor peers.
• Promote continuous improvement.
• Comply with RSQM/QMS and AS9110 requirements.
• Maintain open communication.
• Safety sensitive position subject to DOT pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
