Aviation Service Partners in Albertville, Alabama, is seeking an Aviation Support Mechanic (ASM) to join our maintenance team. This role supports FAA-compliant maintenance on a variety of aircraft and components, working with experienced pros to deliver high-quality service.

Military aviation experience is valued, with UH-60 Black Hawk familiarity a strong plus. Candidates must be 18+, be able to pass background and DOT drug tests, read/write English, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and follow maintenance manuals.
• Good communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively on a maintenance team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform FAA-compliant aircraft maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Document all maintenance per regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote safety-first culture.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical discrepancies.
• Coordinate with teams to meet production schedules without compromising quality.
