Qualifications

• Active FAA A&P license required.
• Experience with inspections and maintenance per FAA specs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and guidelines.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspects aircraft or aircraft components for damage, wear, or defects to ensure airworthiness.
• Recommends replacement, repair, or modification of equipment based on inspection.
• Reports issues to appropriate personnel and follows up on actions.
• Installs, removes, or modifies aircraft structures, systems, or components per drawings and publications.
• Repairs worn or damaged parts using hand tools and testing equipment.
• Inspects completed work to certify maintenance adherence and airworthiness.
• Maintains repair logs documenting preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Serves as a technical advisor by providing guidance to others.
• Uses computer systems to document and access maintenance information.
