West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Gulfstream Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3pm–1am). The role covers mechanical, electrical, hydraulic tasks and inspections on Gulfstream aircraft, with on-the-job training and a path to transfer to 1st shift after 3 years.

Incentives include a 10–15% premium, paid lunch, 3-day weekends, and benefits kick-in from day one. Applicants should have an Airframe and/or Powerplant license and relevant aviation maintenance experience.

Competenze

• Airframe or Powerplant license required; Airframe license preferred.
• 0-2 years aviation maintenance experience.
• 2-4 years aviation maintenance experience preferred.
• 4-6+ years aviation maintenance experience preferred; corporate aircraft experience preferred.
• 6+ years experience for AMT IV (Master) is preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove and install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system issues.
• Defuel aircraft.
• Perform engine removal and installation.
• Operate ground support equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Assist with aircraft movement and performance runs.
• Maintain shop facilities and tooling.
• Navigate electronic training and maintenance data bases.
• Communicate in English clearly (spoken and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
