Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Promote safety in all areas by ensuring all safety instructions are properly observed.
  2. Complete all assigned work in accordance with company policies, procedures, specifications, manufacturer manuals, and Federal Air Regulations.
  3. Sign, record, and assume responsibility for all work performed, as described in the RS manual.
  4. Maintain alertness to identify unsafe or hazardous practices that could harm personnel or property.
  5. Report hazardous practices and equipment to the Hangar Lead and/or the 145 Repair Station Manager.
  6. Use all tools, parts, equipment, and materials properly and efficiently.
  7. Keep work areas, including personal and shop equipment, clean, safe, and orderly.
  8. Provide detailed work progress reports for shift handover if work continues to the next shift.
  9. Stay updated on manual changes, policy updates, and rules regarding conduct.
  10. Immediately inform the Hangar Lead of aircraft irregularities, maintenance discrepancies, project delays, record discrepancies, or emergencies.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid FAA A&P license required.
  • Availability to work overtime as required.
  • Previous experience or training with company-specific airframes preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter.
