Job description

Role Overview :

As an Electromechanical Technician (Levels I, II, III), you will :

  • Handle the manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting of high-precision electronic products for aerospace and defense applications.
  • Execute tasks in accordance with approved technical data, work instructions, and compliance with both internal and external standards.
  • Achieve or surpass performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to quality management system requirements and relevant aerospace industry standards.
  • Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • FAA A&P License, FAA repairman certificate, or the ability to obtain an FAA repairman certification.
  • Prior experience as an electromechanical technician, including testing, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of mechanical and electromechanical components in an industrial or aerospace environment.
  • Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, depth indicators, micrometers, power supplies, multimeters, pressure gauges, and flow meters.
  • Experience working in an FAA Part 145 repair station is preferred.
