VSE Aviation is seeking an Aviation Technician I to demonstrate high mechanical aptitude and inspect, service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul aircraft components. The role requires adhering to safety, company, and federal regulations.

The duties include troubleshooting fuel/pneumatic systems, documenting work per manuals, and ensuring tools and data meet regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify and service aircraft fuel/pneumatic equipment.
• Perform and document work per manuals and regulations.
• Maintain shop-calibrated tools in satisfactory operational conditions.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved technical and regulatory data.
• Perform work assignments as determined by the shop lead.
• Uses appropriate inspection techniques, and calibrated equipment for the unit/part being accomplished.
• Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
• Records information and accomplishes the work assignments in compliance with the inspection procedures manual in quality policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: The Aviation Technician I must demonstrate high mechanical aptitude and will inspect, service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul aircraft components while maintaining a safe work environment and following all company and federal rules/ regulations.
