West Star Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance on civilian aircraft in a hangar environment. You will inspect, repair, and replace components and support flight readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma and an A&P license, willingness to work rotating shifts, and compliance with FAA regulations. Benefits start on day one and include 401(k) match and health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Valid driver's license and/or passport are ideal.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Maintain FAA guidelines compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Removal and installation of panels and components.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving aircraft system/issues.
• De-fueling aircraft and engine removal/installations.
• Inspect and evaluate the aircraft and components.
• Assist in taxiing and flight test runs.
• Maintain shop facilities, equipment and tools.
