Job summary

LAUNCH is seeking an Operations/Maintenance Supervisor for its MRO facility in Wichita, KS. You will lead, direct and develop technicians’ skills and performance to support growth, while championing the LAUNCH culture and brand.

Occasional travel may be required to support operations. Responsibilities include ensuring FAA and customer airworthy compliance, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; A&P certificates.
• 5 years technical hands-on experience.
• 3 years supervisory/lead experience directing aircraft maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

• Champion and report safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Lead technicians to comply with FAA and regulatory requirements.
• Pre-planning crew requirements, schedules, and rosters.
• Daily crew briefings on safety, quality and objectives.
• Document and report quality issues with Launch quality for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to organize work packages for customers.
