Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs maintenance operations through subordinates.
• Coordinates with Quality Management to ensure standards compliance.
• Interfaces with Material Manager to ensure parts flow for repairs.
• Proposes improvements to maintenance operations to the Director.
• Ensures completion of required records through supervision.
• Maintains assigned hangar(s) and shops in clean, orderly condition.
• Oversees handling and disposition of parts in repair process.
• Maintains high-quality standards in assigned areas.
• Plans and directs maintenance activities across departments as needed.
