Scope of Work:

The primary purpose of this position is to manage aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling, and demand, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and mandatory requirements. The role ensures operational readiness and regulatory compliance through strategic oversight, analysis, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, monitoring, and updating of complex aircraft maintenance schedules, ensuring alignment with operational goals, FAA regulations, and OEM standards.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of maintenance needs to determine optimal scheduling windows, resource requirements, and compatibility of maintenance events.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts independently and lead cross-departmental initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and mitigate delays.
  • Ensure task cards and procedural documentation are aligned with work scope, validating completeness and accuracy.
  • Research and interpret OEM manuals, SBs, ADs, and MPDs to ensure technical compliance.
  • Collaborate with Inventory and Procurement teams to ensure timely parts procurement and delivery.
  • Perform tasks safely and in compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records, conduct audits, and prepare status reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced maintenance and technical experience supporting large aircraft maintenance planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of MPDs, OEM documentation, and maintenance programs like Boeing 737 MPD and MSG3.
  • Experience with Maintenance Tracking Software, preferably CAMP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and online research.
  • A&P License required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to access various work sites and obtain a CAC card and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Ability to work extended shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move around, in both office and aircraft repair environments.
