Job summary

Driscoll's is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Manager in Watsonville, CA to oversee all aircraft maintenance activities for the fleet, including records, planning, AOG responses, and scheduled/unscheduled work for King Air 350 and Falcon 2000LX.

You will collaborate with Solairus Aviation and other providers to ensure safe, compliant operations under FAR Part 91 and Part 135 certificates, serving as the maintenance SME for management and flight crews.

Qualifications

• FAA-issued A&P license and IA certification with no suspensions.
• Minimum 10+ years of heavy maintenance on turbine-powered aircraft.
• Must pass a rigorous background check.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing required per Part 135.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation maintenance ensuring high standards and minimal downtime.
• Resolve complex technical issues with a broad perspective and innovative solutions.
• Coordinate maintenance with Senior Manager, Aviation to support growth.
• Contribute to people priorities and employee engagement.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as required.
• Represent Driscoll's professionally with growers, colleagues, and suppliers.
