Qualifications

• A&P certificate required with five years aviation maintenance experience.
• Three years of corporate aircraft experience and knowledge of maintenance planning.
• Two years of college or equivalent technical training.
• IA certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and ensure compliance with manuals and regulatory standards.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance efficiently.
• Oversee logbooks, records, and remote maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet requirements.
