Job summary

Tyonek Native Corp is seeking an experienced supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance and logistics operations for aviation support equipment. The role reports to the Program Manager and oversees resources, scheduling, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a HS diploma or GED, 5+ years in aviation support equipment, 4+ years in leadership, excellent communication, proficiency with MS Office, and US citizenship with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years' experience in aviation support equipment.
• 4+ years' experience in a leadership role for aviation support equipment mechanic.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency with computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Must currently have or obtain a Secret clearance.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee maintenance and logistics operations.
• Report to Program Manager; act in their absence.
• Allocate resources to meet mission requirements.
• Coordinate activities across departments for timely maintenance support.
• Plan and direct project execution; monitor progress and develop reports.
• Communicate effectively with all levels and build internal/external relationships.
• Apply quality tools and maintain focus on continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
