Job summary

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. seeks an Aviation Maintenance Instructor to lead hands-on training, guide students, and shape their future careers in aviation maintenance.

You will foster an engaging learning environment, develop and update curriculum with the education team, and mentor students on projects while emphasizing safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in aviation maintenance or related field.
• FAA A&P license is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff.
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in aviation maintenance, fostering passion and success.
• Lead hands-on training with practical demonstrations of diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing aircraft systems.
