Job summary

Ultipro in Wisconsin is seeking an aviation maintenance engineer to support technical operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance for fleet maintenance and modification activities.

The role requires an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license, an associates degree or equivalent, and 3–5 years of experience in a unionized FAR Part 121 environment. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Aviation Maintenance or Engineering.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license is required.
• 3–5 years aircraft maintenance or engineering experience in a union environment in FAR Part 121 operations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
• Performs engineering support and liaison with equipment manufacturers.
• Assists in technical acceptance of aircraft added to fleet.
• Administers and controls all technical publications and manuals.
• Provides technical and troubleshooting assistance to the maintenance team.
• Administers aircraft weight and balance control program.
• Prepares monthly maintenance reports, charts, and graphs.
